The Fun Stuff
In residential care we talk and train a lot about the whole person and quality of life. This line of conversation is solely directed to the residents in our care. We have all heard that you cannot pour from an empty cup. We advocate for the whole business owner as well. Let's fellowship and grow together with monthly Zoom meeting, meet ups and excursions. We plan on meeting monthly with guess speakers presenting on an array of topic from self-care to HCBS and in-services. We are planning events to include but not limited to: Top Golf, bowling, concerts, sporting events, shooting range, prayer groups, Mayweather Fitness, Zoom calls and more. Our niche; in particular, is the male care provider. Women tend to use one another as sounding boards while men tend to internalize. In this all-consuming industry, the lack of an outlet will truly affect the quality of life. We want to create a safe place and sounding board not just for men in the residential care industry but male entrepreneurs on a whole.
