His role as CFO of their thriving empire includes, scheduling, training, staff development, HR, Accounts Payable, property management and residents care. He is a First Aid, CPR and CPI Instructor. He has assisted with the Licensing and Vendoriation of hundereds of Care Providers in California. He has been instrumental in developing and expanding other training programs at established facilities like McKinley Children's Center in San Dimas, Ca. Mr. McCoy has over 30 years of hands on experience with children and adults alike ranging from mild intellectual delay to severe to profound deficits in behaviors.
